1. GCSE, A Level or dance college students take a look at this step by step tutorial by Rosas based on the choreography Rosas Danst Rosas. All you need is a chair and a small space. Get involved and you can even upload your own choreography to their website:

5. The Royal Academy of Dance ‘Silver Swans’ are leading adult ballet classes for beginners to try out from home. These classes are designed to be ideal for aged 50+ to take part, even if you have not danced before.
