Terms and Conditions of sale of Dance Woking tickets, dance classes, events
Refunds & Exchanges: Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once paid for unless a performance is postponed or cancelled. Patrons who need to leave a performance early will not be entitled to a refund.
Personal processions: Patrons visiting a Dance Woking performance/class/event Dance Woking cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions
Tickets are not transferable and will only offer a ticket for resale if all other tickets have been sold. Dance Woking will blacklist any buyer if the buyer resells or offers for re-sale any ticket through a secondary ticketing facility as defined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Collection of Tickets: If you are collecting tickets from the Box Office please bring with you your booking or transaction reference. If you have selected concession tickets you should additionally bring with you proof of concession. If the cardholder cannot be present when collecting tickets, please contact the box office at email@example.com
Free Tickets: Free tickets have no monetary value and the management reserves the right to cancel the event without notice.
Interruption or abandonment: If the performance or event has to be interrupted or abandoned no money or other will be refunded/offered if more than half of it has taken place. Dance Woking is not liable in anyway if an event or performance is abandoned due to factors beyond Dance Woking’s reasonable control.
Children aged 5–14: Where a specific age restriction is listed for an event children under the specified age may not be admitted. All children must have their own ticket and must be seated next to an accompanying adult. Unless otherwise advertised, children aged 0–4 will not be admitted to the auditoriums.
Latecomers: Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break, which may mean not until the interval. On occasion it may not be possible to accommodate latecomers. The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Right of Entry: The management reserves the right to refuse admission and may also request any ticket holder to leave the venue before, during or after performances or events, if it believes their presence is likely to be disruptive. On occasion, security searches may have to be conducted to ensure the safety of patrons.
Cameras and Recordings: The use of cameras or recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
Programme alterations: The promoter reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the advertised programme without prior notice.
In exceptional circumstances the management reserves the right to request a patron leaves the venue and may take appropriate action to enforce this right.
Seating arrangements: The management reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
Ticket sales: The management only accept responsibility for tickets bought from one of its own managed sales points. Any queries regarding tickets purchased from ticket agents must be directed back to the relevant agent.
The management reserves the right to refuse to sell tickets to anyone they believe to be purchasing for the purposes of resale. Unless given express permission by Dance Woking tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain. To do so will render tickets void and the holder will be refused entry. The management reserves the right to refuse to sell tickets to anyone they believe to be purchasing for these purposes.
Dance Woking Video/Audio Recordings: Ticket holders acknowledge that Dance Woking and authorised third parties may record video and/or audio throughout the event. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of and/or in connection with the ticketed event or otherwise at Dance Woking’s event in any/all media throughout the world. It is your responsibility to notify a member of staff if someone in your care does not want to be recorded.
Ticket holders further agree to being filmed by police or security staff for security and crime prevention purposes.
Complaints: Any complaints about a ticket holder’s seating or ability to view a production should be made promptly to the event management either before or during the performance.

or through our office by email: firstname.lastname@example.org payment by cheque or cash in person only.
Security: On certain occasions Dance Woking may have to conduct security searches to ensure your safety.
